Event Detail
Amata Run - Bach Dang Heritage Road returns to Quang Ninh for its fourth edition, following events in 2023, 2024 and 2025. The event is designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, strengthen community connections and welcome runners from across the local region and beyond.
New venue in 2026
The organiser has moved the event from the Bach Dang Special National Historical Site to Amata City Ha Long's Song Khoai Industrial Park in Hiep Hoa Ward. This new course setting showcases the modern side of Quang Ninh, including an industrial precinct that hosts international manufacturers, alongside the heritage and hospitality of nearby Quang Yen. The published programme offers three accessible road-running distances: 3 km, 5 km and 10 km.
Important schedule advice
The event's official English and Vietnamese information explicitly states Sunday 13 December 2026 as race day, although the same registration page's top-level date field says Saturday 12 December. Check with the organiser before booking transport or accommodation. Exact race flag-off times have not been verified; the midnight database time is only a date anchor, not an announced start time.
Registration and practical information
Amata City Ha Long Joint Stock Company organises the event together with the Quang Yen and Hiep Hoa local authorities. The registration platform advertises entries from 15 October to 12 November 2026. Confirm current prices, bib collection, individual start times and any age requirements with the organiser before entering. This Quang Ninh race is not the same event as Amata Happy Run 2026 in Dong Nai, which also advertises a 13 December race date and has a different venue and race programme. Do not use Dong Nai entry fees or race-pack information for the Quang Ninh event. The current-edition pricing chart is published as an image on the registration page but its figures have not been independently verified, so no fee amounts are quoted here. The map location denotes the approximate Song Khoai Industrial Park area rather than a confirmed start line. Allow travel time from Ha Long or Hai Phong, and consult the organiser about access to the industrial park on race day.
