The Fenix HM75R is a high-output rechargeable headlamp suited to night trail running, ultras, hiking and other activities where long runtime and more than one beam type are useful. It combines a cool-white spotlight, neutral-white floodlight and red light across 12 modes, controlled by a rotary selector and push button. Maximum output is 1,600 lumens, with a stated beam reach of 223 metres.
The headlamp carries an 18650 battery, while the detachable Power Extender adds a 21700 battery and can be clipped to a belt or pack. Both sections charge through USB-C, and the external unit can also supply power to another device. Fenix lists up to 234 hours on the lowest flood setting and 365 hours on low red, although real runtime depends on output, temperature and battery condition.
The magnesium-alloy body is rated IP68 and tested for two-metre impacts. Complete system weight is 321 g including both batteries, cable, case and headband; without the power bank and cord it is 170 g. This listing groups the HM75R and SE configuration as one model. Specifications are manufacturer-supplied rather than based on hands-on testing.
