Nathan Luna Fire 400 RX is a rechargeable running light designed to illuminate roads and trails from the chest or waist, avoiding the movement of a conventional headlamp. Its removable clip can also attach to a belt, pack, jacket or other running gear, with four beam-angle positions for directing light towards the path.
The main spotlight reaches 400 lumens in boost mode. Nathan specifies six settings: 10-lumen eco for about 30 hours, 100-lumen low for 4.3 hours, 250-lumen medium for 3.2 hours, 300-lumen high for 2.15 hours, 400-lumen boost for 1.45 hours and 200-lumen strobe for 2.4 hours. The lithium-ion battery recharges by USB, while the included elastic strap adjusts from 22 to 55 inches. The light carries an IPX4 weather-resistance rating.
This model suits runners wanting forward illumination without wearing a lamp on the head. Its runtime falls as brightness increases, so longer outings require an appropriate mode or backup light. IPX4 covers splashes rather than submersion. Confirm charging and mounting requirements before use. Specifications and the US$62 regular listed price were checked on Nathan's official US page on 23 October 2026; the page displayed a temporary sale price separately.
