The On Men’s Performance Long-T is a lightweight long-sleeve running top for faster sessions, race warm-ups and cooler training days. On DryTec fabric is designed to move moisture away from the skin and dry quickly, while the close fit keeps excess material from flapping when the pace lifts.
Construction is deliberately smooth around high-movement areas. Bonded hems and taped seams cover stitching, with shaped sleeves, a forward-set side seam and a flatlock seam across the back intended to reduce rubbing. Reflective On branding adds visibility in low light, although runners should still use dedicated lighting when training after dark.
The front fabric is 90% polyester and 10% elastane; the back uses 77% polyester and 23% elastane for added stretch. It suits runners who want a technical layer without the bulk of a jacket, but it is not presented as waterproof or windproof. Men’s colours and sizes are grouped under this model. The US$90 reference is On’s regular US price; selected last-season colours were discounted when checked on 23 October 2026.
