The ROLL Recovery R3 Orthopedic Foot Roller is a compact, asymmetrical self-massage tool designed to work the inner, centre and outer portions of the foot. Its shaped profile can be used beneath the arch or heel to apply focused pressure to the plantar fascia and small intrinsic foot muscles after running or long periods on your feet.
The R3 measures 14 x 6.4 x 6.4 cm and weighs about 400 g without its packaging. A soft-touch TPU body provides grip against skin and smooth floors, while the engineered ABS core keeps the roller firm and stable when body weight is applied. Unlike a loose massage ball, its wide base is intended to stay in place during use. The compact form can also be used as a small body roller on other tight areas.
This is a firm recovery tool, so begin with light pressure and avoid rolling directly over acute injuries, broken skin or areas of unexplained pain. Seek qualified medical advice if symptoms persist.
