The On Cloudsurfer 2 is a neutral road-running trainer aimed at runners who value a smooth, controlled transition more than an aggressive racing sensation. It is a practical candidate for easy mileage, shorter recovery runs, walking and mixed travel use. On's distinctive CloudTec Phase geometry rolls progressively through the stride, while the Helion foam and reworked outsole give the second generation a more substantial feel. It is not the Cloudsurfer Next, Cloudsurfer Max or Cloudsurfer Trail 2; those are different models.
