Event Detail
The 15th Haidian Three Peaks Trail Race takes place on 6 December 2026 at Dajue Temple, in the mountains of western Beijing. Its steep off-road tracks make this an established local trail-running challenge rather than a city-road marathon. The published divisions are described as 40 km, 22 km and 10 km, plus a parent-and-child 10 km option. The organisers also provide actual measured course figures, which runners should consult when choosing their event.
The longest course measures approximately 41.2 km with 2,960 metres of accumulated climbing and the same amount of descent. It starts at 07:00 local time, carries a 10.5-hour cut-off and is listed for two ITRA points. The middle route is 22 km with 1,720 metres of climbing and descent. Its start is 07:30, its limit eight hours and its published award one ITRA point. The advertised 10K route actually measures about 9.4 km and involves 844 metres of ascent and descent; it starts at 08:00 and closes after 5.5 hours. The family category also starts at 08:00.
The traditional Three Peaks traverse in western Beijing links the high ground around Luobodi Beijian, Yangtai Shan and Miaofeng Shan. Even the shorter options demand care on mountain paths, and competitors should allow for slower progress on climbs and descents. Check the organiser's final route, mandatory kit and weather advice rather than assuming that paved-road pacing applies.
The official entry provider states a 28 October 2026 registration deadline, with places limited. Published entry prices before that date start at CNY 499 for the longest route, CNY 299 for 22K and CNY 199 for the individual short route; the family pair costs CNY 299. Packet collection arrangements and confirmed finisher entitlements for this edition have not been established. The location coordinates are for Dajue Temple itself, not a precisely surveyed starting arch.
