Event Detail
MILLET Ring Yulong Snow Mountain Super Trail Race 2026 is a high-altitude trail-running weekend around Yuhu Village, near Lijiang in China's Yunnan province. It is part of the SKYLINE mountain-racing series and is scheduled for 31 October–1 November. The race regulations identify Longnu Lake, also known as Dragon Lady Lake, as the starting and finishing area for the main mountain courses. Runners encounter steep climbing and expansive views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain massif.
Courses and start times
Four competitive trail distances are listed. The 100K course measures approximately 101.0 km and has 5,596 m of accumulated ascent, reaching around 3,741 m above sea level. It begins at 07:30 on 31 October and has a 28-hour finish limit. The 70K is approximately 74.2 km with 4,206 m of ascent and a 22-hour limit; the 50K is 49.7 km with 2,742 m of ascent and a 15-hour limit. Both also start at 07:30. The 20K starts at 08:30 and covers approximately 18.6 km with 892 m of ascent and a seven-hour limit. There is an additional 10 km hiking category starting at 09:30, which is not a competitive trail run.
Routes pass Longnu Lake, Ganheba and the Yuhu area, with longer courses reaching further mountain and village sections. Organisers state that published course measurements may change.
Participant logistics
Race-pack collection is scheduled for 29–30 October; precise pickup hours and the collection address should be checked with the organisers. A mandatory equipment check applies. Required items include a waterproof jacket, thermal clothing, at least one litre of drinking capacity and an emergency blanket; longer-distance runners need suitable lighting. The 50K, 70K and 100K categories use organiser-issued GPS trackers subject to a deposit.
Previous long-distance race finishes are required for the longer courses, alongside a medical examination including an ECG. Standard published fees were CNY 1,299 for 100K, CNY 999 for 70K, CNY 799 for 50K and CNY 399 for 20K. The registration provider currently labels entries closed, so these figures should not be treated as current available offers. Follow the organiser's latest race briefing for any final route, safety or transport notices.
