Konkan Beach Marathon 2027 - Nagaon, Maharashtra

The Konkan Beach Marathon 2027 brings runners to the Arabian Sea coast at Nagaon Beach, near Alibag in Maharashtra's Raigad district, for a morning of running along the Konkan shoreline. Organiser RunBuddies Club currently advertises the event for Sunday 24 January 2027, with a 06:00 IST event flag-off and options ranging from a family-friendly 3K to a 21K half marathon.

Distances and coastal setting

The organiser lists 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, 15 km and 21 km. The coastal setting promises sea air and scenery around the Nagaon/Alibag area, but the precise 2027 route, surface mix, kilometre markers, start corrals and individual distance flag-off times have not been published. The mapped location identifies Nagaon Beach generally, not a confirmed assembly gate or the official course start. Do not interpret the organiser's event title as meaning there is a 42.195 km full marathon: the longest currently advertised category is 21 km.

Participant arrangements

RunBuddies advertises race timing, finisher medals, breakfast and drinks, hydration and medical support as part of the event experience. Timing-chip arrangements and category-specific entitlements should be confirmed once the final race handbook is released. Registration is marked 'Opening Soon'. The organiser has not yet announced verified 2027 category prices, an opening or closing date, bib-collection arrangements, age limits, cut-off times, transport arrangements or a final route map. No entry fee or open registration has been assumed here.

Consult the current organiser event page and RunBuddies official events calendar for registration and race-day updates. Arrive with sufficient travel time: Nagaon Beach is south of Alibag, and final parking/arrival instructions are still pending.
