Event Detail

LSD100 is a community long-slow-distance endurance challenge organised by Kakibesi Club at Podomoro Park, Bandung, on 7–8 November 2026. It is deliberately not a fastest-runner competition: there are no podiums or speed-based prizes. Instead, finishing within the prescribed time window and keeping a steady rhythm is the achievement.

Format, distances and start times

The course repeats fixed loops. The official category names are rounded: 10K Rookie covers 10.5 km (one loop; 07:00 WIB), 22K Half Marathon 21.72 km (three loops; 09:45), 44K Full Marathon 43.44 km (six loops; 09:30), 60K Ultra 57.92 km (eight loops; 09:15), and 100K Brutal Marathon 101.36 km (14 loops; 09:00, finishing the next morning). The 60K option is genuine but is not force-mapped onto ARC's less accurate available structured distance categories.

The organiser assigns qualifying and cut-off windows by course length. Finishers in the 8–10 min/km average pace zone may receive Golden Finisher recognition; finishing too quickly, ahead of the permitted finisher window, can result in disqualification. Late or incomplete-loop finishes are not classified as successful finishes. Some categories require mandatory timed breaks between loops; the longer the challenge, the more breaks are prescribed. Review the full finish-window and pace rules carefully rather than treating LSD100 as a typical timed road race.

Eligibility and essential preparation

Participants must be at least 17 years old on race day; under-18s need parent or guardian approval. The 10K is open without a prior-run prerequisite. Entrants for 22K, 44K, 60K and 100K must supply evidence of completing at least 10K, 21K, 42K and 50K, respectively, in the previous two years. The organiser accepts supporting race certificates, results or Strava links.

Race-pack collection: Friday 6 November, 08:00–21:00 WIB, at Podomoro Park. Before collecting a pack, participants must upload a signed waiver, a medical certificate issued no more than one month before race day, and either proof of BPJS or other health insurance or a signed declaration accepting personal responsibility for treatment costs, as permitted by section 7 of the organiser's draft Indonesian terms. The FAQ only names insurance/BPJS, so uninsured runners should confirm that the alternative declaration will be accepted before attending. Bring your ID card; organisers will not release the pack until mandatory documents are complete. An authorised representative may collect it using the participant's QR code, written authorisation, the participant's ID and the representative's own ID. See the organiser's collection and eligibility FAQ.

If you do not finish: Remedial and refunds

The organiser's current FAQ describes a Remedial path for participants who attend the mandatory race-pack collection but do not finish on the day. They may later complete the full actual distance in a single recorded activity (not several combined runs) and submit evidence for approval. An approved submission earns Finisher (Remedial), not Golden Finisher status. Participants who miss race-pack collection cannot use this option. Purchased finisher jerseys or caps are posted at the runner's expense after approval.

The same FAQ states that voluntary withdrawals are non-refundable and registrations carry over if the event is rescheduled. The Indonesian terms say that, if the organiser cancels the event outright, it will seek an appropriate resolution, potentially rescheduling, transferring entry or giving a partial or full refund; a full refund is not guaranteed. These provisions are subject to the organiser's still-draft terms and finisher rules; review the latest binding Indonesian version before making travel or payment decisions.

Registration capacity and provisional rules

The organiser's FAQ lists 1,100 total places, with individual category caps. Full categories may use a waitlist; a released place can be offered to the next runner for a limited acceptance window, typically 48 hours. A place on the waiting list does not guarantee entry. Normal prices include the jersey and buff/slayer, while the Finisher Jersey and Finisher Cap are optional paid extras. Organiser terms also describe an optional Privy subscription arrangement, which should be checked carefully for ongoing billing obligations.

Rules still under review: The official terms and finisher/cut-off rules are explicitly labelled DRAFT, with the Indonesian versions controlling. Treat the published pacing windows, mandatory rests, name-transfer conditions and entry-deadline language as provisional until the organiser releases final rules. The draft terms state 18 October 2026 as the registration closure. On 29 October 2026, the fully loaded official homepage explicitly displayed “PENDAFTARAN SUDAH DITUTUP” (registration is closed). Some static buttons and footer wording still refer to registration; they do not establish available places.

Entry and fees

Normal advertised fees are IDR 250,000 (10K), 375,000 (22K), 499,000 (44K), 625,000 (60K) and 799,000 (100K). Optional Privy-linked purchase rates have also been advertised but include their own subscription arrangements. Registration is closed, as stated by the live official homepage when checked on 29 October 2026. These are historical advertised normal rates, not an offer of available entry. Existing entrants should use the official website or contact admin@kakibesi.org for arrangements.

LSD100 welcomes a sustainable, steady approach to endurance, not an attempt to run every lap as fast as possible.

Race Pack Information

Race-pack collection 6 Nov 2026, 08:00–21:00 WIB at Podomoro Park. Upload signed waiver and medical certificate issued within 1 month. Bring BPJS/health-insurance evidence; organiser's draft Indonesian terms §7 also allow a declaration accepting own medical costs, but FAQ omits this alternative, so confirm acceptance beforehand.
