Forest Endurance Run 2027

Forest Endurance Run 2027 brings a timed endurance format to the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) in Kepong, Selangor on Saturday, 26 June 2027. Rather than setting fixed distances for its headline races, the organiser offers 3-hour, 6-hour and 12-hour categories, all starting at 7:00 am MYT. A separate 5K Fun Run starts at 8:00 am.

The official route graphic places the event within FRIM's forest setting and marks two water stations on the course. The organiser has not published a reliable text distance for each endurance lap or an elevation profile, so ARC does not convert the timed categories into invented kilometre distances. The official event artwork promotes the experience through FRIM's man-made forest environment, making the venue itself a central part of the race character.

Registration opened with an Early Bird phase from 1 October to 31 December 2026, followed by Normal Entry from 1 January to 10 May 2027. Published fees are RM100/RM120 for 3 hours, RM130/RM150 for 6 hours, RM180/RM200 for 12 hours, and RM50/RM60 for the 5K Fun Run across those two phases.

Cash prizes are published for the top five men and women in both Open and Veteran divisions in each timed endurance category. The current organiser material also publishes event-shirt, medal, sizing and merchandise artwork. Race-pack collection arrangements have not yet been published on the current event page, so runners should check the organiser's latest instructions closer to race day.
