IEM Engineer's Run Sarawak 2026

IEM Engineer's Run Sarawak 2026 brings engineers and the wider Kuching community together for a morning of road running at Sarawak Science Centre. Organised by The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia Sarawak Branch, the event carries the theme Connecting Engineers, Powering Progress and is positioned as a celebration of sustainability, healthy living, community spirit and engineering's contribution to Sarawak's development.

The programme includes competitive 5K and 10K races for men and women in open categories. Both distances start from Sarawak Science Centre in Petra Jaya, a major interactive STEM venue beside the Jalan Stadium precinct. The organiser's current material confirms the race-day date and overall 6:00am programme start, but separate category flag-off times have not been published.

Race packs are collected at the same venue on the day before the run. Participants should monitor the official organiser and registration pages for final course maps, cut-off times, road-closure information, hydration arrangements and any additional race-day instructions, as those details were not available in the current-edition material reviewed.
