Event Detail

KORGA Ultra Trail 2026 is a mountain trail-running festival in Perak, Malaysia, scheduled from 30 October to 1 November 2026. The event's published programme brings together demanding trail races in the Gunung Korbu and Gunung Gayong area with shorter community fun runs, outdoor activities and cultural events. Gunung Korbu is the highest mountain in Perak, and the organisers describe the longer races as involving technical jungle singletrack, river crossings, steep climbs and substantial elevation changes.

The organiser lists a 70K ultra, 50K mountain race, 20K trail challenge and 5K and 7K community runs. The 70K is scheduled to begin at 2:00am on Saturday 31 October, followed by the 50K at 4:00am and the community runs at 8:30am. The 20K starts at 8:00am on Sunday 1 November. Overnight competitors should plan for dark mountain trails, headlamp use, wet terrain and changing weather. The organiser describes checkpoint timing and medical and rescue arrangements for the mountain races.

The event begins with registration and race-pack collection on Friday 30 October, alongside an expo, outdoor workshops, cultural performances and community activities. The organiser's race-pack FAQ gives collection hours of 10:00am to 5:00pm at the start-zone counter, although its wider programme lists registration opening earlier. Participants should bring their confirmation QR code and identification and check the latest collection instructions before travelling.

The published entry options include standard pricing of RM550 for 70K, RM400 for 50K and RM280 for 20K, with a lower second-early-bird tier also displayed. The 7K community run is listed at RM55. Race packs for the timed trail categories include an event shirt, bib, timing identification, route guide and food or drink coupons; aid-station provision varies by distance. The exact start-line address and final race-day logistics should be confirmed directly with the organiser.
