Larian Kita Jubli Perak

Larian Kita Jubli Perak is a major state-level road-running event in Klang on Saturday, 10 October 2026, staged as part of Selangor's programme marking the Silver Jubilee of 25 years of the reign of Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah. The run forms part of a wider month-long series of official community, heritage, sporting and ceremonial activities across Selangor, giving this edition significance beyond a conventional weekend race.

Race-day activities begin at 04:30 MYT at Dataran Klang @ Padang Chetty. The competitive 21K half marathon flags off at 05:00 with a published 3 hour 45 minute cut-off, followed by the competitive 10K at 05:30 with a two-hour limit. The 3K Fun Run starts at 07:00 and has a 90-minute cut-off. The finish and prize-presentation area is at Stadium Sultan Suleiman.

The event is designed around both competition and the heritage of Klang's Royal Town. Current promotional material describes the 3K as a relaxed family-oriented route passing notable local landmarks including Galeri Diraja Sultan Abdul Aziz, Little India, Kelab Diraja Klang, Tugu Keris and Gedung Raja Abdullah. Official 10K and 21K route maps also mark water, medical and rest-and-recovery points along their courses.

Participants receive the current-edition running shirt, finisher medal, bib, e-certificate, drink and drawstring bag, with chip-timed bibs used for the 10K and 21K. Cash awards are published for the competitive Open and Veteran divisions, extending through tenth place, and the programme also includes a lucky draw and supporting family activities.

Race-pack collection is scheduled in Shah Alam on 3 and 4 October from 12:00 to 20:00 MYT. Registration is now closed. Current Selangor government reporting also notes that air quality will be monitored before race day because of regional haze conditions, with participant safety determining whether any postponement or programme adjustment is required.
