New Year Run 2027 - Sungai Petani

New Year Run 2027 - Sungai Petani is a community 5KM fun run organised by Oriental Global Event Management and based at N-City in Sungai Petani, Kedah. It is scheduled for Saturday, 30 January 2027. The organiser's detailed programme lists the flag-off at 7:30am Malaysia time, although the event header shows 7:00am, so participants should check the live registration page again before race day.

Registration is open through Howei and places are limited. The first 100 entries are offered at RM34.90 under the Super Early Bird tier, followed by an Early Bird fee of RM39.90 until sold out. The listing shows 29 January 2027 as the registration closing date. Current-edition organiser material confirms an event T-shirt and finisher medal as participant entitlements.

N-City is in the Bakar Arang area of Sungai Petani. Runners should allow time for arrival and parking, and follow any access directions issued by the organiser. A route map, cut-off time, aid-station plan, baggage arrangements, race-pack collection details and prize information have not yet been published on the accessible event page. Entrants should therefore use the official Howei listing for any later programme updates, collection instructions or changes. Registration support is available through Howei at helpdesk@howei.com.
