Pahang Eco 2023 was held on 26–27 August from Teluk Cempedak, Kuantan. The 100K mountain and coastal trail challenge started at 3:00 am on 26 August, followed by 50K and shorter 25K and 12K courses. ITRA recorded the 100K distance as approximately 101.6K with over 5,000 metres of cumulative elevation gain. The event traversed sandy beaches, forest slopes and Bukit Pelindung, Bukit Tokki and Bukit Galing. This is an archive of the completed 2023 edition.
