The Most Beautiful Thing (TMBT) Ultra-Trail Marathon 2023 ran on 2–3 September through the steep trails and villages around Mount Kinabalu, from the Kota Belud side towards Mesilau. The organiser's 2023 trail newsletter confirms the weekend and a programme of short trails, 12K, 30K, 37K night challenge, 50K and an approximately 109K long course. UTMB Index and ITRA record 2023 finishers. Only exact ARC distance labels are applied; the 37K and 109K are not mislabelled as 42K or 100K.
