Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 2027 - Heritage Run 4

The Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 2027, also presented as Heritage Run 4, is the fourth edition of Velocity 5000's road-running event in Iloilo City. The race began in 2024 and has developed into an established Western Visayas event built around running, local heritage and the Dinagyang season.

The 2027 programme covers 5K, 10K, half marathon and full marathon distances. The organiser frames the race around Iloilo's historic streets and communities, with Calle Real and the city's heritage district central to the event identity. Final 2027 route maps are not yet published, so detailed course landmarks, aid-station positions and the exact start and finish venue remain pending.

Race morning is staggered from the longest race to the shortest. The marathon starts at midnight, followed by the half marathon at 03:00, 10K at 04:00 and 5K at 05:00. Published cut-offs are eight hours, four hours, two hours and one hour respectively. Hydration stations, medical teams, ambulances and emergency responders are planned along the course, with baggage services near the eventual start and finish area.

Race-week activity begins with the expo and kit claiming on 13 January. Claiming continues through 16 January, including a Saturday technical briefing and further late collection at the race venue that evening. Representatives may collect a kit with an authorisation letter, ID copies and registration confirmation.

Awards are planned for the top three male and female finishers in applicable distances, plus age-group podiums from 19-and-under through 60-and-over. Overall podium finishers are not eligible for age-group awards. Cash prize values and the final start and finish venue have not yet been announced.
