Event Detail

The third Positive Power Marathon brings runners to the Anyangcheon riverside in western Seoul on Saturday 12 December 2026. Despite the event's name, this is not a full marathon: participants can choose a half marathon, 10 km or 5 km. The Korea YouTube Broadcasting Association organises the event, with Hangang Project also named on the official website.

Course and race morning

The assembly point is Yeongrongi Silver Grass Field beneath Sinjeonggyo Bridge in Yeongdeungpo-gu. The organiser provides separate route maps for all three distances. Runners should arrive for 8:00 am assembly, an hour before the 9:00 am opening start. Half-marathon, 10 km and 5 km fields depart in that order, with exact intervals set on the day. Changing facilities and bag storage are planned, but runners must safeguard valuables. Public transport is encouraged because parking is limited.

Entries and logistics

Online entries close 2 December 2026, or earlier if the event fills. Refunds must be requested by 22 November. Bibs for entrants registered by 22 November are scheduled for delivery; later registrants collect on site. Bib transfers, substitutes and running without a valid number are forbidden. The advertised entitlements include a souvenir shirt, finisher medal, post-race snack and mobile results certificate. Souvenir designs are still being finalised.

Awards and charity

The organiser lists men's and women's top-five awards in each category. Monetary figures in the prize schedule are charitable donations associated with winners, not personal cash winnings: awardees receive certificates and donation receipts. Check the official registration, course and participant-information pages shortly before the event for updated instructions.

Race Pack Information

Race bib and commemorative T-shirt delivery: entrants registered by 22 November 2026 are scheduled to receive their items by courier. Entrants registering after 22 November should collect them at the event venue on race day. Contact the organiser to confirm individual delivery or pickup arrangements.
