The course names are rounded marketing categories: the measured distances differ, particularly CXT-100. ARC's distance filter may show the available 100K category; use the exact kilometre figures above when planning your race.

Registration status: previously closed

General entries were advertised to close on 4 October 2026. The organiser has not confirmed a general reopening. A current 'contact organiser' button is not evidence of available entries. The 22 October deadline mentioned in subsequent announcements related to the X Master series administration for already-registered runners, not new CXT entries. Confirm any exceptional ticket availability directly with the organiser; do not pay unofficial resellers.

Race-pack pickup and mandatory gear

The organiser requests in-person bib collection and an identity wristband. Pickup windows advertised at the venue are Saturday 7 November, 10:00–20:00, and Sunday 8 November, 03:00–05:00. CXT-100 entrants must collect before their 15:00 Saturday start, while CXT-55 entrants must be ready well before 04:00 Sunday. Bring the TrailPass, identification and all required equipment. CXT-100 and CXT-55 require mandatory-gear checks before the bib is issued. No proxy collection, runner substitutions, name transfers or carrying entries over to next year are permitted.

Arrival and safety

The race location is the upper reservoir on Khao Yai Thiang, not the large reservoir beside Mittraphap Highway. The mapped location is the general venue, not a confirmed entrance or parking bay. Check the organiser's latest directions, mandatory equipment, cutoff checkpoints, race briefing and weather forecasts. CXT-100 has a published planned drop bag at the A5 station around kilometre 51.9, with final hand-in arrangements to be confirmed. Dog-run entrants should verify pet-control and vaccination requirements directly.

The event facts above are based on the current-edition course and bib-collection announcements from Cuesta X Trail's organiser and the 2026 event details, with recent organiser-linked update notes. Race services, eligibility and any last-minute changes remain subject to the organiser's final instructions.
