Promise Run The Dam – Khun Dan 1/2 Marathon 2027

Promise Run The Dam – Khun Dan 1/2 Marathon 2027 is a four-distance road-running event at Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam in Nakhon Nayok, Thailand, on Sunday, 31 January 2027. Organised by Race Up Work Co., Ltd. with Promise as title sponsor, the event is capped at 4,000 runners and is built around the distinctive setting of the dam crest, with reservoir views and the surrounding Khao Yai mountain landscape forming the main course character.

The Half Marathon 21.1K starts at 05:00 and has a 3 hour 30 minute cut-off. The 10K starts at 05:30 with a 2 hour 30 minute limit, followed by the 5K at 05:45 and the 3K Fun Run at 06:00; both shorter races have 1 hour 30 minute limits. All distances start and finish at Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam. The organiser describes the dam crest as more than 2,593 metres long and has published dedicated course-map sections for each distance.

Registration is open through Checkrace. Published pricing uses Early Bird, Regular and Late tiers: THB 850/950/1,100 for 21.1K, THB 650/750/850 for 10K, THB 600/650/750 for 5K and THB 500/550/650 for 3K, before a 7% registration/payment-system fee. All runners receive a BIB, event T-shirt and finisher medal; Half Marathon finishers also receive a finisher shirt, and the event promotes a special finisher certificate.

Competitive awards are concentrated on the 21.1K and 10K. Overall male and female podiums receive trophies and cash prizes, with additional Thai-overall bonuses for the Half Marathon, age-group trophies, Top Rank recognition and fancy-dress awards. Race-pack collection details, parking and race-day shuttle arrangements have not yet been published, so runners should check the official event site closer to race week for those logistics.
