TAK 21K Thailand 2027

TAK 21K Thailand 2027 is an established road-running event in Tak, northern Thailand, centred on Taksin Sports Stadium in Tak Municipality. The half marathon is the headline race, supported by a 10K mini marathon and 5K fun run, giving the programme a mix of competitive and accessible distances.

The 21K starts at 05:00 and has a four-hour cut-off. Its published course uses an extended road loop around the Tak urban area before returning to the stadium, with the official map marking water stations plus electrolyte, fruit, snack, toilet, medical and ambulance support. The 10K starts at 05:30 with a 2 hour 30 minute limit, while the 5K starts at 05:50 with a 1 hour 30 minute limit. Both shorter courses also start and finish at Taksin Sports Stadium.

The organiser states that the event follows Athletic Association of Thailand rules. Runners must wear their bib visibly on the front, pass every timing checkpoint and start in their registered category. A sweeper team follows the back of each race, and competitors who miss checkpoints are recorded as DNF. Outside pacing or assistance that creates an unfair advantage is prohibited. Awards are decided by gun time.

Race-kit collection must be completed personally by the registered runner, and the organiser does not permit race-day collection. The accessible current event text does not yet provide a reliable 2027 pickup date and time, so that detail is intentionally left open rather than carried over from an older edition. Current official material also notes that route details may be adjusted before race day.
