Trail Masters Series 2026 – Race 3 takes place at Wangchan Valley, Rayong Province, on Sunday 25 October 2026. It is the third round of this year's Trail Masters Series, following events at St. Andrews Green Valley in July and Kasetsiri Farm in September. The series developed from Columbia Trail Master, whose Thai trail-running history dates to 2010. The 2026 Wangchan round has its own venue and date, rather than being an additional distance at another event.
Courses and distances
The organiser's current-edition poster advertises 42K, 27K, 11K and a fun run. Independent ITRA-associated route records give the longer trail courses as approximately 41.9 km with 1,675 m of climbing and 27.8 km with 951 m of climbing. Course distances should therefore be understood as rounded category names; runners should check the official GPX tracks, equipment requirements and published cut-offs before racing. The shorter options are suitable for those seeking a less extensive outing, but this is a trail event, not a city road marathon.
Setting and preparation
Wangchan Valley, in Pa Yup Nai, Wang Chan District, is a research and innovation development set in the hills of eastern Thailand. The Trail Masters Series describes its race environments in terms of forest paths, streams, sand, slopes and changing footing. Come prepared for uneven terrain and potentially warm, humid weather. The 42K and 27K courses demand particular attention to hydration and suitable trail equipment; race-specific kit requirements should be checked with the organiser.
Entries and logistics
The organiser's booking page currently states that registration is closed. A third-party race guide lists bib collection on Saturday 24 October, 10:00 am–6:00 pm and limited race-day collection, but those arrangements should be reconfirmed directly with the organiser. The same guide indicates early racing from approximately 5:00 am, with shorter races beginning later; confirm your distance's precise start time from the current race briefing.
