Tết Run Miền Nam Ho Chi Minh City 2027

Tết Run Miền Nam 2027 is the southern edition of Vietnam's Tết-themed running celebration. The 21 km half marathon takes place on Sunday 24 January 2027 at Vinhomes Grand Park in Thủ Đức, Ho Chi Minh City. Its companion event, Tết Run Miền Bắc, is staged on the same day at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 near Hanoi, but these are separate races at different venues, not one route connecting the cities. Organiser Công ty Cổ phần Đường Chạy Xanh presents the two-edition programme under the theme Dấu Chân Giao Thoa – Đón Xuân Trọn Vẹn (Intertwining Footsteps, Welcoming Spring).

Half-marathon details

The published southern race currently offers 21 km. The authorised registration page states entrants must be at least 16 years old and gives the race a 3-hour-30-minute cut-off. The venue is a large residential and park precinct in eastern Ho Chi Minh City, rather than central Saigon. The mapped coordinates are an approximate marker within Vinhomes Grand Park, not a surveyed start line or race route. Race-weekend programme

The official Pace8 registration page confirms Expo Day on Saturday 23 January and Race Day on Sunday 24 January 2027. A secondary authorised ticket reseller lists 05:00 ICT (UTC+7) on race day as the scheduled starting time; the organiser-linked Pace8 description does not yet independently confirm that time, so treat the 05:00 flag-off as provisional. Exact bib-collection opening hours and the expo venue entrance have not yet been confirmed. The deadline for changing personal details or transferring an entry is 18 December 2026, subject to its rules; organiser-listed transfer handling is VND 100,000 per transfer. The 21K option expressly advertises no finisher T-shirt: a standard race T-shirt, if supplied, is a separate entitlement.
