Măng Đen Ultra Trail 2027

Măng Đen Ultra Trail 2027 is the third season of PR Events' mountain running festival in Măng Đen, the misty highland destination now administered within Quảng Ngãi. The current event programme spans 15 to 17 January 2027, with the organiser promoting five trail distances through forest tracks, mountain streams and cool highland terrain. The January timing also places the event around Măng Đen's cherry-blossom season, giving the race a distinctive landscape and climate compared with Vietnam's hotter lowland events.

The programme comprises 15K, 25K, 50K, 70K and 100K races. Entry requirements become progressively stricter with distance. The 15K is open from age 16, with additional guardian requirements for minors. The 25K requires previous completion of a half marathon or trail race of at least 15K; the 50K requires a marathon or trail race of at least 35K; the 70K requires a previous trail race of at least 42K; and the 100K requires a previous trail race of at least 50K. The longer races are therefore aimed at runners with demonstrated endurance and trail experience rather than first-time participants.

Registration is open through the organiser's linked ticketing partners. Timing will use bib-mounted chips, and the published race kit includes the bib and timing chip, event shirt and event bag. The organiser also states that participant personal accident insurance is provided. Finishers receive a finisher medal, while further race-specific entitlements and gifts may vary by category.

Safety requirements are a major part of the event. Mandatory equipment will apply to the 25K, 50K, 70K and 100K, but the final gear lists are still being published. Runners must follow the marked course and checkpoint system, and the organiser reserves the right to stop participants who fail to meet safety or course requirements.

Important operational details remain provisional. The organiser has not yet published final 2027 course maps, distance-specific flag-off times, cut-off times or the complete prize schedule.
