The Hyperice Hypersphere Go is a compact vibrating massage ball designed for targeted warm-up and recovery work. Its small, textured body can be positioned under areas such as the calves, glutes, feet and lower back, making it more precise than a full-width foam roller when runners want to work around a tight spot.
Three vibration speeds provide low, medium and high settings, while the rechargeable battery is rated for up to two hours. Hyperice lists the device as TSA-friendly for carry-on travel. The package includes the Hypersphere Go, a desktop stand and a 5 V USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
The ball is intended to support mobility and general muscle recovery routines rather than diagnose or treat an injury. Hyperice advises avoiding direct pressure over bones, joints and acutely injured areas, starting at a lower setting and consulting a healthcare professional when uncertain. The US$109 figure is Hyperice’s official US regular price checked on 21 October 2026. Regional pricing, retailer availability and charging accessories can vary.
