The Hyperice Normatec 3 Legs system uses dynamic air compression for warm-up and post-training recovery. Two full-length leg attachments connect to a central control unit, which applies pulsing pressure through five overlapping zones. Seven compression levels span 40–110 mmHg, while ZoneBoost lets the user add pressure to one selected area.
Bluetooth connectivity enables additional control and customisation through the Hyperice app. Hyperice specifies a control-unit weight of 3.2 lb, dimensions of 4 × 4.5 × 8.5 inches and up to three hours of battery life. The package includes the control unit, two leg attachments, hose, wall charger and three international plug adapters. Short, Standard and Tall attachment sizes cover different heights, so measuring inseam before ordering is important.
This is a substantial recovery system rather than a portable calf sleeve: it suits runners wanting hands-free full-leg compression at home, after long runs or between demanding sessions. It does not replace medical care, and anyone with circulation problems, recent surgery or another relevant condition should seek professional guidance before use. Hyperice listed the Normatec 3 Legs at US$899 on 23 October 2026.
