The Hyperice Vyper 3 combines a contoured foam roller with three high-intensity vibration settings for pre-run mobility work and post-training recovery routines. Its polypropylene shell is shaped to reduce pressure on the spine and other sensitive areas, while rubber bands help stabilise the roller on the floor. A 34 W high-torque motor drives the vibration, and Bluetooth connectivity allows pairing with the Hyperice app for guided sessions and automated speed control. The unit measures 13 × 5.4 × 5.4 inches (about 33 × 13.7 × 13.7 cm), weighs 2.7 lb (about 1.2 kg) and provides up to two hours of battery life. Hyperice lists it as TSA carry-on approved. The package includes the Vyper 3, an 18 V wall charger and three international charging adapters. For runners, the compact size suits calves, hamstrings, quadriceps and glutes, but pressure and vibration intensity should be adjusted for comfort rather than treated as a substitute for medical assessment or injury care.
