Jabra Elite 8 Active Gen 2 are true-wireless sport earbuds designed for secure use during running and demanding workouts. Jabra rates the earbuds IP68 for dust and water resistance and the charging case IP54. The wing-free ShakeGrip design uses a liquid-silicone-rubber coating to help the buds stay seated without external hooks.
Adaptive Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation is paired with Natural HearThrough for switching between isolation and environmental awareness. Dolby Audio provides spatial sound, while six microphones, wind-protecting mesh and Jabra’s noise-reduction processing support calls. The smart case can accept audio from USB-C or a 3.5mm source and retransmit it to the earbuds, which is useful with gym equipment and other devices lacking Bluetooth audio.
Jabra quotes up to eight hours of listening with ANC and up to 32 hours including the case. Bluetooth multipoint, Google Fast Pair, Swift Pair and smartwatch connectivity are supported. The US$229 figure is Jabra’s official launch MSRP from June 2024, checked against the manufacturer’s current support material on 21 October 2026.
