The NITECORE UT27 MB is a lightweight trail-running headlamp designed for night races, training and changing terrain. It weighs 74 g including the headband, bracket and HLB1500 battery, yet delivers up to 800 lumens and a 168 m beam. Its white-light system offers warm 3000 K, neutral 4500 K and cool 6500 K settings, letting runners favour colour rendering, balanced visibility or efficiency.
A separate red light reaches 150 lumens and 70 m, with lower levels plus SOS and slow-flashing modes. NITECORE quotes up to 14 hours 30 minutes at the 100-lumen white setting and up to 21 hours on the 10-lumen red setting with the included rechargeable battery. The lamp is IP66 dust- and water-resistant, impact-resistant to one metre and tilts through 90 degrees.
The HLB1500 battery charges by USB-C, while compatibility with three AAA batteries gives runners a useful backup option for ultras. The package also includes a charging cable, breathable headband, clip and diffusing stuff sack. The US$69.95 price is Nitecore Store’s listed price checked on 21 October 2026. Retail availability and pricing can vary by market.
