The Julbo Density is a lightweight performance sunglass for running, cycling and other endurance sports. Its large cylindrical lens provides a broad field of view, while ventilation above the nose encourages airflow to help manage fogging during harder efforts. The minimalist frame uses mouldable CustomFIT temple arms, soft rubber at the nose and Grip Tech contact areas intended to hold securely without catching hair.
Lens options include fixed-tint Spectron and adaptive REACTIV photochromic versions. The REACTIV 0–3 High Contrast option changes tint with ambient light and is specified at 15–87% visible-light transmission, giving it a particularly broad operating range. Fit and lens choice should be matched to face shape, light conditions and the runner's preference; the glasses do not replace suitable eye protection for every hazard.
