Event Detail
The 2026 Chongyi 100 Ultra Trail brings mountain runners to Chongyi County in Ganzhou, southern Jiangxi, for two days of steep forest trails, mountain terrain and Hakka cultural landscapes. The published race hub is Sanli Plaza (崇义三立广场). The event registration operator, 耐吉赛事, advertises 100 km, 50 km, 30 km and 10 km races on 21–22 November 2026, with additional two-day combinations.
Course and challenge
Chongyi lies in a heavily forested part of Jiangxi with ridges, valleys and the celebrated Shangbao terraced landscape. This is a climbing-intensive trail event rather than a flat road race. Organiser-published course figures are:
- 100 km: approximately 5,458 m of ascent; Saturday 21 November, 06:00 start; 30-hour limit; advertised field cap of 200.
- 50 km: approximately 2,906 m of ascent; Saturday 21 November, 06:00 start; 13-hour limit; advertised field cap of 300.
- 30 km: approximately 1,911 m of ascent; Saturday 21 November, 07:00 start; nine-hour limit; advertised field cap of 600.
- 10 km: approximately 486 m of ascent; Sunday 22 November, 07:00 start; three-hour limit; advertised field cap of 900.
All times above are local China Standard Time (UTC+8). Advertised ITRA points for the 100 km, 50 km and 30 km are provisional, not a guarantee of final points. ITRA's separately published course records may differ from the latest registration programme, so participants should use final organiser instructions for start assignments and course changes.
Entry and race-week planning
The registration portal offers individual categories, paired-entry options for the 100 km and 50 km, plus a 50 km + 10 km two-day combination and a 30 km + 10 km combination. Its listed early-bird entry prices apply until 18:00 China time on 30 October 2026, subject to places remaining; later prices shown on the registration page are higher. The published portal currently gives that same date as its registration deadline, so do not assume late entries will be accepted.
Runners considering the longer distances should prepare for sustained climbing and technical trail conditions, check the latest qualification and compulsory-gear notices, and confirm transport to the Sanli Plaza race hub. Race-pack collection details, checkpoint supplies, exact maps and any compulsory equipment should be reconfirmed with the organiser rather than assumed from past editions. The organiser lists its WeChat account as 耐吉赛事 for enquiries.
