WSE 10KM OPEN Guangzhou 2026 - Huadu Lake

The 2026 WSE 10KM OPEN Guangzhou stop is scheduled for Saturday 14 November at Guangdong Huadu Lake National Wetland Park in the Huadu district of Guangzhou. The public race programme includes four categories for competitive and family participants, with waves taking place on paths in a lakeside wetland-park setting.

The 10 km elite category occupies the 07:00 to 09:00 window, followed by the 5 km elite category from 09:00 to 10:00. The 5 km parent-and-child event is scheduled from 09:30 to 10:30 and the 3 km parent-and-child event from 10:00 to 11:00. Competitors in each category may be divided into separately flagged waves, so these are published programme windows rather than guaranteed individual gun times.

The published entry price is CNY 138 per person for the 10 km and 5 km elite events, or CNY 198 for one guardian and one child entering either family category. The organiser publishes eligibility rules using participants' dates of birth, including separate age ranges for elite and family divisions. The official registration platform lists a scheduled closing time of 23:59 on 2 November, with earlier closure possible if capacity is reached.

Huadu Lake is a green urban wetland landscape in northern Guangzhou, with lakeside paths and reed-fringed scenery. The organiser promotes the venue as a scenic alternative to a conventional street race. The specific start arch, bib collection instructions, individual wave allocations, course measurements and participant amenities should be checked against the final organiser information before travelling. Enquiries are accepted through the official registration platform and the WSE 10K OPEN WeChat account.
