17th PEGASUS Shek Mun 10K Race 2026

The 17th PEGASUS Shek Mun 10K Race takes place on Sunday 6 December 2026 in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. Organised by Hong Kong Marathon Pro (HKMP), it is an established single-distance road race aimed at runners who want a quick 10 km course and a competitive local result. The organiser describes the course as almost completely flat, following a route from Shek Mun towards Ma On Shan Park and returning to the Shek Mun area.

Runners meet approximately 100 metres from Exit D of Shek Mun MTR Station on the Tuen Ma line. The first start is scheduled for 08:30 local time, with a 90-minute time limit. Replacement bib collection begins at 07:30 on race morning; runners should consult their confirmation for advance bib distribution instructions.

There is a limited Challenge division for runners with qualifying results from recognised races completed since 1 January 2025. Applicants are ranked by their submitted performances. Runners not accepted into the Challenge division are placed into the general age-based groups. Challenge participants can contest individual awards, while general groups can compete for team prizes. Men's and women's teams each comprise three runners.

The entry fee is HKD 350 and registration is scheduled to close on 16 November 2026. A HKD 20 portion of each registration supports marine conservation through the Bling Bling Ocean Foundation. Finishers receive a commemorative ASICS singlet and an electronic certificate. Challenge competitors have cash prizes and age-group awards, and the team competition has voucher prizes. The awards ceremony is scheduled from 10:00 to 10:45, with personal attendance required to collect awards.

Shek Mun MTR Station is the recommended arrival point for runners and spectators. Participants should check the organiser's latest notices for starting pens, bib collection, and any last-minute route or weather changes.
