The seventh Lamma8 charity race brings runners to Lamma Island for a morning race followed by Lamma Fun Day.
Report at 7:30 am. The 14 km race starts at 8 am and the 8 km race at 8:30 am. Each has a four-hour cut-off. Start and finish are at Tai Wan To Beach, about a 15-minute walk from Yung Shue Wan ferry pier.
Carry your own refillable bottle: no cups are provided. Wear your bib visibly and scan the timing bracelet at checkpoints and the finish.
Race-pack collection is 11–13 November at Escapade Sports, Central, 2/F V C House, 4–6 On Lan Street. The organiser lists 3–7 pm collection alongside general shop hours; confirm before travelling. Bring your own bag.
