Federal Bank Kochi Marathon 2027

Federal Bank Kochi Marathon 2027 is the fifth edition of Kochi's established mass-participation road-running event, returning on Sunday, 14 February 2027. Promoted by CleoSportz, the event combines competitive running with Kochi's backwater setting, health and wellness, eco-consciousness and sports tourism.

The programme includes a timed 42.195K marathon, timed 21.097K half marathon, timed 10K and a participative 3K Green Run. Current 2027 registration material places the event at Maharaja's College Ground in central Kochi and lists the event from 05:00 IST. The organiser has not yet published the final 2027 route or a category-by-category flag-off sequence on its own website, so runners should recheck the final participant guide before race week.

Current rules set minimum ages of 18 for the marathon and half marathon, 12 for the 10K and 8 for the 3K, with accompanied participation required for younger entrants where specified. Published course limits are 6 hours 30 minutes for the marathon, 4 hours for the half marathon and 2 hours for the 10K. Timing chips are provided for the three timed categories.

Race operations include medical base camps, ambulances, medical stations along the route, mobile toilets, regular hydration stations, signage and course volunteers. Registration transfers are allowed up to two weeks before race day under the organiser's conditions, while standard cancellations are non-refundable.

Bib and shirt collection is at the FBKM Expo at Kochi Marriott Hotel, Edappally, on 12 February from 11:00 to 18:00 or 13 February from 11:00 to 17:30. There is no race-morning collection. A representative may collect on a runner's behalf with the confirmation message and accepted identification documentation.

The final course, detailed aid-station positions, 2027 prize schedule and exact category start sequence remain subject to later organiser announcements.
