2026 Results & Race Recap
The 10th-anniversary KL City Day Half Marathon took place on Sunday 26 April 2026 in central Kuala Lumpur. The event celebrated a decade of city running with 21K, 15K, 10K, 5K and 3K distances. Race Roster listed a 4:30 am programme start, while Kuala Lumpur City Hall confirmed race activity from about 4:00 to 9:00 am around Jalan P. Ramlee, beside the Menara BSN parking area.
The anniversary edition
Organisers Persatuan Olahraga Wilayah Persekutuan and Kita Pelari Malaysia, with technical organiser Pure Events, promoted a course taking runners from the city centre towards Bukit Tunku. Half-marathon finishers were offered a commemorative special-edition polo shirt, making the tenth edition notable beyond the race itself. City Hall's traffic notices documented a partial Jalan P. Ramlee closure from approximately 3:00 am to 10:00 am.
Results and verification
Although the event and route are independently documented, a trustworthy full 2026 race-day podium and complete timing list was not available in the sources reviewed. ARC therefore does not attribute winners or finishing times without evidence. In particular, Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon results from October 2026 and the similarly named KL City Day virtual race are different events and should not be substituted.
