Meowsaur Run 5K Ampang Selangor 2026

Meowsaur Run 2026 brings a playful dinosaur-and-cat-themed 5 km community fun run to AEON BiG Ampang in Selangor on Sunday, 8 November 2026. Pulse Events Enterprise advertises a relaxed, non-competitive morning for runners, walkers and families, including participants with strollers. Costumes are encouraged but are not a stated entry requirement.

Morning programme

• 6:30 am MYT: advertised event opening and assembly.
• 7:30 am MYT: official 5 km flag-off.
• 10:00 am MYT: scheduled end of the event programme.

The route is described as a 5 km fun run/walk starting in the AEON BiG Ampang precinct. The published registration page does not supply a certified course map, chip timing, cut-off rules, hydration locations or street closures. Participants should check the organiser's final guidance and arrive ahead of the advertised flag-off.

Registration status and safety

Registration closed: The official Howei listing now displays CLOSED, with 25 October 2026 as its advertised registration deadline. The original promotional paragraph still says "registration is open", but that older promotional wording has been superseded by the live closed status; do not treat it as current availability. Do not send payment outside the official platform without the organiser confirming an authorised reopening.

The organiser offered three entry packages with differing T-shirt entitlements. Participants receive a finisher medal, drawstring bag, event keychain and electronic certificate as advertised; premium and standard options include different event shirts, while the Lite option does not include a shirt. The organiser notes that event shirts use Asian slim-fit sizing and recommends considering a size larger than usual.

Race-pack collection

The advertised collection session is Saturday, 7 November 2026, noon–6:00 pm MYT, at AEON BiG Ampang. Bring booking confirmation and identification, and consult the organiser for any proxy-collection requirements. This is the shopping-centre venue pin, not a separately confirmed starting-line coordinate.
