Subang Jaya Half Marathon 2027

The Subang Jaya Half Marathon returns to Arena MBSJ in Selangor on Sunday 31 January 2027, offering a pre-dawn half marathon together with morning 10K and 5K runs. Organised by Puncak Ventures SRA Sdn Bhd with Persatuan Olahraga Para Selangor and MBSJ as co-organisers, the event welcomes Malaysian runners as well as overseas entrants with valid travel documents.

Race-day programme

• Half marathon: 3:00 am flag-off, four-hour cut-off. Men's and women's open divisions cover ages 15–39; senior divisions are for runners aged 40 and above.
• 10K: 7:00 am flag-off, two-hour cut-off. Men's and women's open divisions cover ages 13–39; senior divisions are for runners aged 40 and above.
• 5K fun run: 7:15 am flag-off, one-hour cut-off, open to participants aged five and above.

All times are Malaysia Time (UTC+8). Categories are allocated by the organiser's published age criteria, and the organiser may change arrangements for safety or logistics.

Registration and preparation

Online entries opened on 15 September 2026 and are scheduled to close at 11:59 pm on 31 December, unless a category reaches capacity first. Registration is first come, first served. The organiser's live booking page currently shows regular half-marathon and 10K prices, while the 5K still offers a discounted tier; processing charges are additional. Earlier promotional tiers are sold out, and rates may change, so consult the booking page before payment.

Race-pack collection is planned for 29–30 January 2027, with exact collection hours and location still to be announced. Bring the registration confirmation and an identity card or passport. The organiser also offers a courier option subject to its rules. Ordinary collection is not offered on race day, and organisers require competitors to wear their allocated race bib. Participants younger than 18 require parental permission and appropriate supervision.

Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable under the published rules. Runners should follow the eventual course map, traffic controls and organiser instructions, and avoid using another participant's bib. The organiser may stop runners who miss cut-offs and will operate sweeper arrangements. No specific route certification has been independently verified.
