Bacnotan Half Marathon SUB2

Bacnotan Half Marathon SUB2 is a two-distance road-running event in Bacnotan, La Union, centred on Bacnotan Municipal Hall. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Sunday, 22 November, with the current registration page listing a 4:00 am event start. Runners can choose between the half marathon and 10K, both using the organiser's published Bacnotan road course.

The current official route graphic shows the course leaving the municipal-hall area near Nagsimbanaan and running through or near Bulala, Pandan, Santa Cruz, Cabriscan, Tammocalao, Galongen, Mangarayap, Quirino, Ballogo, Narra and Bitalag. Separate turnaround points are marked for the 10K and half marathon. The same route material identifies hydration and medic or marshal points along the course, plus a recharge station providing hydration, medical support and electrolytes.

Registration is being handled through Race Roster. Regular entry is PHP 1,400 for the 10K and PHP 1,900 for the half marathon through 29 October, following early-bird prices of PHP 1,200 and PHP 1,700. Current-edition organiser artwork also shows a finisher shirt.

The registration material reviewed does not yet publish separate category flag-off times, formal cut-off times, race-pack collection arrangements or a prize schedule. Those details have therefore been left unfilled rather than inferred, and runners should follow the organiser's final pre-race instructions for race-week logistics.
