Event Detail
Dalat Ultra Trail 2027, themed “Connection”, is a three-day trail-running festival in Vietnam's Central Highlands, 19–21 March 2027. The Vietnam MTB Series-organised programme combines forest and highland running around Da Lat with entry distances from a family-friendly 5K to a challenging 160K ultra. The main race village and expo are at TTC World, Dalat Valley of Love, 3–7 Mai Anh Dao Street, Lam Vien Ward, Lam Dong.
Current-edition race programme
The organiser's official 2027 agenda publishes the following Vietnam local times (ICT, UTC+7):
- Friday 19 March, 14:00: 160K, 48-hour cut-off. Starts at Dalat Cable Car Tourist Area (Robin Hill), NOT at Valley of Love.
- Friday 19 March, 20:00: 110K, 26-hour cut-off, starts at TTC World - Valley of Love.
- Saturday 20 March, 03:00: 75K, 19-hour cut-off.
- Saturday 20 March, 04:00: 50K, 16-hour cut-off.
- Saturday 20 March, 05:00: 21K, Day 1, nine-hour cut-off.
- Sunday 21 March, 05:00: 21K, Day 2, nine-hour cut-off.
- Sunday 21 March, 06:00: 15K, seven-hour cut-off.
- Sunday 21 March, 07:00: 5K and advertised 5K family packages, three-hour cut-off.
Important structured distance limitation: ARC offers exact filters for 5K, 15K, 21K and 50K, but not 75K, 110K or 160K. Those genuine ultra distances are also offered by the organiser and documented here with correct fees and start times; they are deliberately not misrepresented as 50K or 100K categories in the structured ticket cards. This is a limitation of the ARC filters, not a removal of the three longer distances.
Prices and registration
The organiser-approved iRace registration page advertises Early Bird (6 October–13 November 2026), Regular (14 November–31 January) and Late (1–28 February 2027). As checked 30 October 2026, it shows the early-bird stage. Published entry fees are in Vietnamese dong (VND), and availability or checkout charges can change. The structured cards show current early-bird fees for supported distances, plus total (not per-person) family-package prices.
For the 75K the advertised Early Bird / Regular / Late fees are VND 2,700,000 / 3,150,000 / 3,600,000. For the 110K they are VND 3,800,000 / 4,250,000 / 4,700,000. For the 160K they are VND 5,950,000 / 6,400,000 / 6,850,000. Other standard/late prices are 5K 1,250,000 / 1,460,000, 15K 1,450,000 / 1,900,000, 21K 2,150,000 / 2,600,000, 50K 2,600,000 / 3,050,000. The iRace page shows family packages for one or two adults and one or two children, priced as total groups.
The 28 February date is the end of the advertised Late price tier and the 23:59 ICT deadline for eligible entrant/category change requests. It is not independently established as a universal registration closure date, so no precise final cutoff is claimed. The official terms say registration fees are non-refundable. Where allowed, a participant transfer costs VND 200,000; promotional/complimentary entries have additional limitations. Consult booking terms before payment.
Kit pickup, course and planning
The 2027 official agenda includes an expo and race-kit sessions at TTC World - Valley of Love; Thursday 18 March, 13:00–20:00 is listed for 110K/160K pack collection, with separate Friday/Saturday sessions for other distances. The 160K bag-deposit and race start are in the Dalat Cable Car area rather than the main festival. Each race has its own start, cutoff, mandatory equipment and safety requirements; verify final maps, medical rules, elevation and race-pack entitlements in the organiser's event-specific guide. This is a mountain trail event, not a road marathon.
