Precision Fuel & Hydration PH 1000 is a low-calorie electrolyte drink mix for athletes with moderate-to-high sweat sodium losses or training in hot and humid conditions. Each packet is mixed with 16 oz, or approximately 473 ml, of water. When prepared as directed, the drink provides 1,000 mg of sodium per litre.
The individual weatherproof packets are convenient for travel, race bags and long training sessions because each serving is pre-measured. The formula is vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. This listing covers the PH 1000 packet model; the brand’s tablets, capsules, PH 500 and PH 1500 products are separate formulations and should not be treated as colour or flavour variants.
Electrolyte needs vary substantially between runners. A higher-sodium product is not automatically better, and users should consider their sweat rate, sweat sodium losses, weather, duration and total fluid intake. Follow the manufacturer’s mixing instructions and avoid concentrating multiple packets into too little water unless advised by a qualified professional.
The saved US$13.99 price is the official US regular price for one box of eight packets, checked on 20 October 2026.
